All payments are to be made in USD via Paypal.

I will ask for your PayPal email via note to send invoices. Please only pay for commissions on the invoice sent to you.

You must be over 16 years of age to commission + your account must have some form of activity/older then 2 months on social media.

A slot can be held for 48 hours unless otherwise requested prior. After 48 hours without payment I will cancel the invoice and give the slot to someone else. Please DM me if you need longer or need to cancel.

I do not accept deviantart points or any other digital currency as payment.

I will send progress shots of your commission once it’s accepted. Things like sketch commissions and pixel art will not have progress shots.

I do not work with deadlines, I will happily do something in a reasonable amount of time for a gift/event but you must request this prior to the acceptance of a commission. I will not meet a deadline if you inform me of it AFTER commissioning an item, if you wish to have something completed for someone by a time you must let me know BEFORE commissioning me.

You may cancel and be refunded if you have a specified reason. However, if I have started you project I will keep a percentage of the payment that I had completed. you will also receive a version what I have completed.

frequent refunding commissions / trying to abuse the system may result in a ban from future commissions. I ask that it is only done in emergency/for a reason.

You will receive a full refund if I have not completed your commission within 3 months or there is a reason I am unable to complete I will refund you.

Chargebacks without contacting me prior will result in being permanently blacklisted from purchasing commissions/adopts from me and being blocked.

In paying for a commission you pay for the right to use the artwork. You are allowed to use it however you like anywhere you like. However, you do not have the right to claim you created the artwork or profit from the artwork. Please give credit if you re-upload the work.

I'm allowed to delete your commission from my pages. If it's deleted it is your responsibility not to lose the files once the commission is completed. If you have lost something your free to contact me to see if I have it and I will happily give you a new copy if I still have it but if I do not it was no longer my responsibility.

Please contact me prior before editing an image with the edited image! usually I am ok with image editing if its not too drastic. You must still credit me for the artwork and keep an original version with the design for OCs.

do not sell my artwork on merch! this includes t-shirts, stickers, designs, phone cases, websites such as redbubble etc. this will result in being permanently banned/blocked and the artwork being taken down.

do not upload my artwork as NFTS or anything relating to NFTS/. Doing so will result in a being permanently banned/blocked and the artwork being taken down.

do not use my artworks with AI generators or upload my artwork to AI generators - doing so will result in being permanently banned/blocked and the artwork being taken down.

My TOS is secondary to species TOS for GA designs, if a part of my TOS conflicts with a species TOS, the species TOS applies. This however does not exclude my TOS from a species related design, both still apply.

You may resell for reasonable worth at any time. Please only resell for the value of the design + artworks obtained/created. For example if you obtained the art for free as a gift please do not add that to the value. If your unsure of how much the original value for a design is please contact me. Selling for unnecessarily higher prices will result in a ban from my designs/commissions and blocked.

Designs received in raffles are NOT for resale UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES unless it is for commissioned artwork value only. Attempting to do so will result in being blocked and banned from all future design sales and raffles.

Please list the trade/sale type in the comments of the transfer if transfering on toyhou.se. its easier to keep track of this way and if something goes awry its much easier to track down. If the new owner does not have a toyhou.se please contact me so I can archive the trade log. Toyhou.se is my main archive of designs so please contact me if you would prefer to archive it elsewhere.

You may redesign as much as you like but if the original design is still recognizable you will still need to credit for both the new and old design

Do not recreate line works/replicas of designs I've created to resell. This includes creating breedings, species, etc based on my designs. You own the design and the right to use the design, not to replicate.

Please do not claim you created my designs. You're free to use them however you like I just ask that you do not claim you created them.
